Heart rate monitor not working

I have the Blaze, only had it since July and having problems with the heart rate monitor it works when it's on the "on" setting but when I put it onto "auto" setting the green light is flashing but it just comes up with this "=" and nothing else I have tried shutting it down and cleaning it and moving it around my arm bit still nothing it's driving me crazy is there anything else I can do please help me 😭😭

A warm welcome to the Community @Janie445, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. 

 

If your tracker isn't registering your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some steps to follow and also some tips. You can try to restart your Blaze too.
