Heart rate monitor not working

Hi. 

My heart rate monitor is no longer working. I have reset the blaze. Turned the monitor on and off and back on again. As you look at the bottom of the watch the left hand green light is off and the right hand green light is very dim, you need to turn the lights off to see it. 

Can you please help. This was a birthday present bought for me at the beginning of December so not even 2 months old. Thanks for your help.

Went onto an online chat with a fit bit rep and went through different ways to reset the watch to make the heart rate monitor start working. Unfortunately didn’t help but they are now sending me a new watch within 4 working days. Only took around half hour messaging back and forth so definitely worth getting in touch.
