The heart rate monitor has stopped working on my blaze. The green lights no longer flash and the heart rate is either 70( no matter what I’m doing) or blank. I have tried turning it on and off using reboot and turning heart rate monitoring on and off using the app. Any suggestions or do I need to exchange it for one that works?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Wrendog! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your heart rate not working 😕 Thanks for all that you have tried to get it to work though!
It's strange that the lights are not working and you're still getting a heart rate reading that way. Restarting the tracker was a great call though! Since you have already tried this and also switching it to On and Auto, I could suggest setting up your tracker as a new device and see if this makes any difference. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and the heart rate should be working properly again.
Let me know if you need more help after this!
