Hi @ChrisRush! 🙂 Great to see you in the Forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate monitor is not working properly and thanks for what you've tried to get it to work!
Have you tried by any chance to change the heart rate settings from the tracker itself? If not, swipe to the last screen on your Blaze to reach the Settings. Once you're there, scroll down and look for the Heart Rate section. Here change it from whatever setting it's set to and switch it to Off. After a few seconds, switch it to either On or Auto and see if there's any change. If none of that works, it would be worth giving your Blaze a restart.
You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Then, try changing the settings again and see how it goes. Let me know if you need more help!

Ive tried these and the heart tracker comes on for a little bit then returns to the 2 dashes, there was a period of about 3 weeks where I didnt use it, is this the cause of the problem?
