My Blaze works fine except the BPM does not word. I pressed the reset but still nothing. The bright LED lights were working just the other day. It did not get wet or dropped. What should I do next?

I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate monitor seems not to be working. Thanks a lot for restarting your tracker. I'd like to help you out with this.
My first recommendation would be to make sure that the heart rate monitor is not turned off. For this, you can swipe to the last screen on your Blaze and tap on Settings to access the settings section. Here, look for Heart Rate Monitor and make sure that it's either set to On or Auto.
If it's set to either one of them, select Off, restart your tracker and then, select again either On or Auto and see if the lights start working.
