Heart rate monitor stopped working

After this last update, my heart rate monitor stopped working. I have turned the watch off and back on. I went into the app and made sure that the heart rate monitor is on, turned the watch off again and synced the watch to the phone and still nothing. It won’t show on the watch face nor will it show when the exercise tracker is on.

Hey there @Dlwcfp, welcome!

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your tracker and check directly from the tracker if this feature is on by swiping to settings and check the heart rate status.
