Hi my heart rate monitor no longer registers my heart rate. The green lights at the back originally were on permanently then I reset the device and the green lights now blink as they should but I still get no heart rate, there are just two dashes and bpm where the numbers should be with the resting showing 52. Also my sleep recording has gone back to the old basic type, Any ideas because now instead of a Fitbit blaze I have a very expensive pedometer.
