Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hey @AshleyWest, welcome to the Community and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Have you contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I tried what was suggested and that didn’t work. I then called customer support and they are sending me a replacement!

Thanks for the update @AshleyWest, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from the Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you need anything else, do not hesitate to post it. Woman Wink
