Hello @AdiS07, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for the information provided regarding the heart rate feature of your Blaze that is not working properly. If if you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've completed the restart procedure described here.  This has been useful to other users experiencing something similar.
