Yeah it seems to have disappeared in a recent update.
I also noticed that the button for the Blaze has moved from the dashboard to the account section of the app which is a bit inconvenient as there is now no way to quickly view your battery level.

@TWright Welcome to the Community! I believe the heart rate tile may be hidden, please try this missing tile procedure on iOS Dashboard posted by @DerrickS. Were you seeing the tile before and it just disappeared?

This is a known problem with the new version of the iOS Fitbit Connect app released on Thursday (version 2.22). See this thread.
