My Fitbit blaze heart rate sensor is working (green LED flashes) but there is no heart rate being displayed on the device. I've tried resetting, trouble shooting, turning heart rate monitoring on and off, etc but nothing has helped. I got in touch with Fitbit and they simply said since it is out of warranty I should buy a new one. Was wondering if anyone in the community faced similar problems and if they were able to find a solution that got it working again.

I've got exactly the same problem at the moment and have tried the same things to try to fix it. I'm talking to Fitbit customer service but don't hold out much hope of a fix. Mine's out of warranty too!

I just started having the same issue w/ my Blaze. The ONLY solution I have discovered is swiping through the watch menu to Settings, and then turn my Heart Rate settings from ‘auto’ to just ‘on’. It seems to be reading my HR now. (I wish I figured it out before my spin class). I hope this helps yours too.

Mine just quit showing HR yesterday. I also have tried everything but running battery completely down & recharging. Nothing has worked so far.

Just happened to me too. Has worked great for years and, as of yesterday, not showing heart rate. I've tried everything mentioned on this thread. Going to let battery die today and recharge but not much hope there.
