Heart rate not syncing

Hello, since the update earlier this month when my blaze syncs the heart rate trace does not update? It tells me my heart rate at the moment but the trace only updates first thing in the morning or if I remove and reload the app? Help! Everything else seems ok although it seems to "loose" my blaze and gets stuck looking until I do a manual reset.

Hi there @chipeve. Good to see you in the Community!

I would suggest setting up your tracker as a new device just to make sure that all the information will sync over properly. For that, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner of your app. Then, look for the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you've done this, see if your heart rate transfers over without a problem.
