Hi,

The heart rate sensor on my Blaze stopped working yesterday. The sensor lights no longer flash.

Any suggestions?

Hi there @mailman69. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry that your heart rate monitor seems not to be working fine.

 

The first thing I can recommend is making sure that the heart rate sensor is turned on or in Auto mode. For this, swipe to the right to the last screen on your tracker to get to the settings. Tap on it and scroll down to Heart Rate and here, if it's off, turn it on or put it in Auto. I recommend Auto since this is a way for your tracker to save some battery when you take it off or are not using it. Even if the setting is on On, change it to off/Auto and see if that works.

 

If you're not able to get the sensor working with that, you can also restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and the sensor should be working fine after that.
