Heart rate, steps per hour and battery issues

My Fitbit Blaze is not working. The heart rate is not recording, the steps per hour is not recording and the battery is draining to fast.

Please clean the contacts

Hey @Karenchi, welcome to the Community and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

 

If your Blaze is not recording your heart rate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. About the steps per hour, could you please be more specific, isn't the Blaze registering them at all or the information doesn't match? About the battery, here you will see some instructions to follow.
