Help! Blaze isn’t picking up sleep pattern or heart rate. Any clues?

Hi, I’m looking for help. My blaze hasn’t picked up my heart rate or sleep pattern for a week now. Maybe it’s due to the iOS update? I’ve tried pressing the left and right buttons, re installing app, Bluetooth on and off.... everything I believe possible thanks to google. Faulty Fitbit or iOS fault?! Please help

Same here---A few days ago, my Blaze dashboard, which had been graphing sleep stages -light sleep, REM, deep sleep,

-changed to a vertical bar graph listing awake, restless or awake.

Is this a bug, or settings issue?
