Hi there,
How are we all going with the new Firmware. My watch didn't sync for a couple of days. Now I finally sync it and have loss all my progress. Does anyone know how to retrieve them? Thanks.

Thanks for joining us @Wongsa! Thanks for the details that you provided. When you're doing the firmware update the steps that you've done previously shouldn't be deleted. However, you mentioned that you didn't sync before so that may be the reason why some steps got deleted. Did your tracker sync automatically or did you do a force sync?
You can recover those steps by manually adding a walking or running to your Dashboard. To do so:
- Go to your Dashboard > click on log
- Activities > under that type walk or run
- Finally, click on log
