Help setting up my new Blaze!!

I got my new Blaze today and I'm stuck on the "download latest version" part. It has been trying to download for almost an hr. Does my blaze have to be charged completely in order for it to download? Can I download while charging my blaze? Also I been charging it for 2 hrs now and still saying it's low battery! Someone please help!!

Hi there @Gigi101114! Great to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

I would like to know if you're trying to set up your tracker on your mobile device or in your computer. 

 

First of all, you just need to put your tracker to charge for about 1-2 hours and you will not see any indicator on the screen that it's charging. You shoud see though a message saying "fitbit.com/setup".

 

On your phone, make sure that it's compatible for syncing with your Blaze. You can know this by going to this link and choosing your phone.

 

After you've confirmed that it's compatible, go to your app store and download the Fitbit app and once you've created an account, go to the Account section, choose "Set up a new device" and follow the instructions to set up your tracker.

 

If you're doing this on your computer, it's basically the same process. Download the Fitbit Connect software from fitbit.com/start or if you use Windows 10, go to the app store and download the Fitbit app and go on with the set up process.
