Help setting up new Blaze

I need help when I tried to set up the Bluetooth on my computer windows 8.1 it says Fitbit classic and shows on my Fitbit. I have the new blaze. Then when I'm away from the pic, it goes off my blaze and shows on my iPhone s Fitbit blaze it doesn't paper on my Fitbit. Please advise I'm confused

Let's see if we can end the confusion and get you going.

The information from your Blaze resides in the Fitbit servers, which is why we sync the data via computer or phone.

Could you restate exactly what is going on with your Blaze? I'm not sure I quite understand it. Could be the auto correct on the words has changed a few of them.

@SunsetRunner I see you mention an iPhone, does your Blaze sync to this? 

If so then you need to go to www.fitbit.com/setup and download the connect software. 

This and a fitbit dongle should have you up and syncing.. The fitbit software will do the actual pairing of the Blaze. 

Now my understanding is that the charge will sync through its charging cable. 

In any case if the iPhone will sync the Blaze then there is no advantage to having the the windows machine also sync.

The blaze does not come with a dongle.

I know but any fitbit dongle will wprk, and a dongle will be needed to sync through Bluetooth on a Win8 machine. You can ale us contact.Fitbit.com

I just deleted the ap on the laptop. I'm only using this iPad and iphone
