Hi ,
My fitbit blaze will not pair with my phone, i have uninstalled it and re-installed it, it says it is connected but will not let me go any further it say bluetooth issues and it then says timed out, can you sort this out for me please

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

yes it was working up to the 11/9/18 and after that date it stopped working
