Go to the web dashboard. Elevation is not always accurate, and its not sync'd to your ride timeline. Fitbit hasn't done anything to improve things in the almost 2 years since introducing the Surge and bike elevation tracking. Lame.

As @bbarrera says, the elevation gain at the moment shows only in the web dashboard and is not hooked to the speed/HR/calories data. When recording your bike ride from your exercises on your Blaze, you will see it in a small box at the low right corner of the map as you can see below:
Now, if you let SmartTrack (the feature that auto recognizes your activity) to record your bike ride, elevation gain will not appear on your summary.
