Over 250 Steps made for some hours but noticed they are being ignored and not updated or shown for the hours activity?

has anyone else had the same issue?

Hi there @GG007. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I would make sure that the tracker is constantly syncing to your dashboard. This way, you can make sure all your information will transfer over and update the hourly activity. Force quitting the Fitbit app and opening it again should help getting everything refreshed and activity up to date.

Something else to consider is: Is your tracker syncing your total steps but not updating the hourly activity 250+? Or is it not syncing any steps at all?

Let me know if you still need more help with this!

I have a surge and my updated dashboard on line says that I have done 332 steps between 8.00 & 9.00, my "dot" is missing from my hourly activity? Can I manually update it??

@SB1966 when you say your dot is missong, are you still looking at the online daahboard.. As for being able to add I don't know, do a mouse over the tile, an edit pencil shall appear, click it. I don't know what happens,, but this would be where to edit of it was possible.

Thanks Rich. I am on the dashboard and there are no edit pencil or anything like that available. All the individual columns add up to my daily total and all the other dots are lit.

Guess I'll just have to do without. No big deal, no one died. But it would be nice if it worked.

Thanks again.

I've had this happen to me, too... but, I notice if I tap on that section of my dashboard in the app (the "x" of "x" hours with 250+) to open it up and see the details, it will update..... on the dashboard screen.

Yep I do what @AdkinsJA does when it does not  show and it will then show them.

Have tried that and it still doesn't update the hour.

Mine is not working either. I have deleted iPhone app. I have reset it 2x. I was going to buy my husband one for Christmas and possibly my son but I am seriously reconsidering. My sleep hasn't tracked in 6 days and my active minutes are not showing. Even though I just synced it again at 7pm, it still shows last synced at 10 am. This is only 6 months old and my coworker had hers a month and sent it back.
