Is it possible to set reminders/notifications on the Blaze for the hourly goal? So if I've not done the 250 steps it will notify me or vibrate?

The "reminder to move" notifications are currently only available on the Alta but fitbit have said that it will be coming to the Blaze at some point.

A warm welcome to the Community @Metz93. As @SteveH did, I also recommend waiting for next updates. You can also check This Request, vote for it and leave your comment.

I got the Alta just a couple of days ago and has it synced to my iPhone 6. Can anyone help me turn on the reminder to move feature?

There's a guide to using the reminder to mve function here:

I already tried the procedure shown in the video, maybe I should send the Alta in for replacement?

That's an option but why not provide a few details about what you have tried and the problems you experienced and perhaps someone in the community will be able to help. Unfortunately I shall have to leave that to others as I don't have an Alta.

Is there a timeline with this? This was an important feature when I was comparing FITBITs and some missed that it was not a feature of my Blaze so was very disappointed. In honesty the steps aren't as important to me as the fact to be up and moving in my sit down job with extensive hours and workload.

How about adding how many steps you have left on your 250 per hour. I know at 10 minutes til the hour, it will remind me to move, but sometimes I have no idea how many steps I have left. 100, 200, 17? It would be nice to be able to see that I have 20 steps to go at 1:25, instead of having sat down to work and have no idea until 1:50.

Hi there everyone! Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

Currently, there are no reminders for the Fitbit Blaze on the hourly step goal but this is  being worked on and hopefully we'll have something like this implemented on the Blaze soon.

Thank you all for your patience and for your feedback!
