Hi All

My blaze says, that I have burnt almost 400 calories  on a heart rate of around 72 just by sleeping from midnight to 5 am. See pic

At the same time, really active 1hr  plus weight session had burnt less than that.

Can this be accurate?? Just by sleepingJust by sleeping

It looks OK.  You are comparing a 5 hour calorie expenditure while sleeping with a 1 hour exercise.  You can check your personal Base Metabolic Rate on the web or try this one. 400 calories inb 5 hours is 80 calories per hour.  This is based on your age, gender and weight.  Mine is around 60/hour.
