How can I set up the new device in an existing account?

Hi Fitbit Community, I received a replacement Blaze today, I have deleted/forgotten my previous tracker but as I go through the process of setting the new one up and input my email address it tells me an account already exists (my previous device), I get an error message saying there is a problem creating the new account, the set up process does not let you move on, I only have one email address that I want to use but it still seems linked to my previous tracker, how can I set up the new device in an existing account?

It sounds like you are trying to create a new account for your new fitbit. There's no need to do this. Instead, login to the app using the id and password you used with your original Blaze. Then go into the account section of the app and select "set up a device". This way you'll keep all your data, settings, badges etc.
