I bought my Blaze today at Macy's and I think it is a used watch. Is there anyway I can check the code on the box? The box itself has stains on it and it doesn't seem like the battery fixes well in the charger. How can u tell it charging?

Macy's is a reputable store, so I would not think that it is selling used devices. However, if you have concerns, or if you feel that the Blaze is not attaching well to the battery charger, I think the simplest solution would be to take it back to Macy's, explain your concerns, and get an exchange.
To answer your question about charging, when you plug it in to charge you should feel a slight vibration and briefly see a battery icon. After that the screen will go blank. If you tap on the screen you will be able to check on the progress (you will see the battery icon again).
