tap the picture of the Alta fitbit, it should be located at the top on the right hand side of the dashboard. It will take you to another page look under "general" you should see "wrist placement". Tap that and it will allow you to change your wrist location.
Thank you very much for your help. I've now found the setting to change wrist although it's already set to my non-dominant hand (my left hand) so why is it that when wear it on my right hand I get approx 3500 more steps - I know this because I've been wearing two fitbit's one on each wrist for a few days to see if they produce the same number of steps, now I'm not sure why this is...I'm stumped. Thank you for your help.
