How does one change the time?

You can't manually change the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer and is adjusted according to the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

 

Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok and is the time correct on the device you are syncing with?
