I have edited my exercises on the Fitbit app but I can only access the top one on my tracker. Is this how it is meant to be? So if I want to track a run and then a bike during the same gym session, I have to go onto my app inbetween the two exercises to change which one I can track on my tracker? Is there not a way to have multiple exercise types linked to the tracker menu?

Every menu on the tracker acts the same, press the side button to switch menus - tap the tracker to switch menu items - hold button in to switch option or stop/start.
This is explained in the user manual found in the help docs, Link found below as help.
