I just got my Blaze yesterday. How do you download music on it? Or can you?

Hi there @ohkyredhead. Glad to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
When it comes to the Blaze, you can not download music to it but only control the music you're streaming on your phone or a compatible device. The only Fitbit watch you can download music to is the Fitbit Ionic
In order for you to be able to control the music from your Blaze, if you're using an iPhone, you just need to start playing the music on your phone and the Blaze will automatically connect to it and if you swipe the screen down from the clock face, you'll be able to see the control options. Now, for the volume just press the top or low buttons on the right side.
Now, if you're using an Android device, make sure to swipe to the last screen on your Blaze where you will find the Settings screen. Tap on it, scroll down to Bluetooth Classic, tap on it until you see it says "Pair" and then go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and look for Bluetooth Classic and connect to it. Once it connects, you'll be able to control the music from your Blaze the same way I explained above.
Hope this helps. Anything else, I'm here to help!
