How do I count steps if I " use a walker for mobility"?

I just got a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and completed setup. Instruction were very clear. However, I suffered a stroke last December and use a walker for mobility. Trying to walk 4 TO 5 Klm  every day. My steps with the walker are not tracker. I also noticed this when a use a shopping cast at the grocery store. What can I do to make sure the Blaze tracks these steps?

Welcome to the forums!

When I used a walker I put the device in my pocket. DO the same at the grocery store.

When holding on to things wrist models do not count steps very well.

Also I have seen many people buy a Extender and put it around their ankle.

Can find at amazon.

Just do not expect it to be accurate with Heart rate.
