How do I disconnect my blaze from my music?

I have a pixel 3. On my Samsung my music was never connected. Now it is. I've noticed a ridiculous amount of battery being used. I'd prefer it not to be connected. I also have notifications off.H do I disconnect them but still keep my phone/app synched?

@Shellymatthews It's great to see you around. I'll be happy to clarify your question about how to disconnect your Blaze from your phone. 

 

Your Fitbit Blaze will connect to your phone through Bluetooth Classic. In order to disconnect it from your phone, you just need to go your phone's Bluetooth settings and then forget your Blaze's Bluetooth Classic, this will disconnect your tracker from your phone.
