Hello @R2-D2. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
When it comes to FitStar, you can only use the three pre-loaded workouts on the Blaze. To access them, swipe to the fourth screen on your tracker. Once you're there, choose the workout you'd like to follow and once you complete it, it will sync to your dashboard with your information. Note that at the moment, it is not possible to add more exercises or workouts to the Blaze itself and that you'll only be able to use the three that are already included.
Now, if you use the FitStar app, you just need to follow your training routines and once you're done with them, it will automatically sync the information to your dashboard and you will find it as an Activity record from FitStar on your Track Exercise tile.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help! 🙂

Is there a Fitbit watch that allows you to customize the Fitstar/preloaded workouts?
