Hi I have just been given my wife's old blaze to try but can't seam to sinc it to my phone as it's still has all the info of my wife's stuff on there. What do I do?

Hi, @Kieren19, if your wife's phone is nearby ask her to go to her phone's Bluetooth settings (not the Fitbit app) and tell it to forget / delete the Blaze from her phone.
Then, assuming you have downloaded the Fitbit app and logged in, go to "Account" and follow the instructions to "set up a new device".

Hi, @Kieren19, you need to set it up on your account using the Fitbit app, not your phone's Bluetooth.
As I mentioned, if your wife's phone is around she will need to do the opposite -- release it from her phone's Bluetooth (not the app) because it will not sync with your phone while it is "bonded" to hers.
I hope that makes sense...
