Tried this...
- Press the left-hand button and right lower button simultaneously. Hold down the indicated buttons to reset your Fitbit Blaze. Amazon.
- Hold the buttons for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Wait until the Fitbit logo displays on the screen (the tracker will likely vibrate as well).
- Release the buttons.
But that just restarted it, it did not reset anything.

Hi @wolft10 there is no procedure to reset the Blaze to factory default. Is there some reason you wanted to do that? What you did was a restart of the Blaze, which is similar to restarting your computer or your smartphone - it only puts things back in order and takes care of a few glitches.

Hi I'm having a few issues with my Blaze and was thinking a factory reset might help when I'm having issues with it linking up to my phone and then it says I've done more steps than I actually have so apparently I've done over 4000 in 30min sat on the sofa I've had my Blaze for years got it when they first came out
What would you recommend

As @Odyssey13 stated, the Blaze doesn't have a reset option. Blaze was Fitbits 1st attempt at a smart watch 5 years ago. It had a proprietary operating system and limited features, such as no reset. May be time to try something newer? I didn't even like the Blaze anymore after I got a Versa 1.
