How do u sync phone and watch so watch shows text and when someone is calling?

I suggest that you read the main thread on notifications.

 

There may also be a setting in the phones notification center to set, or aprove.

If you want to receive notification to your Blaze, you just need to follow the instructions provided in the How do I setup the calls/texts notifications? (Android app) post.
