How do I track badminton in Blaze? Settings for that?

Hi,

I play badminton frequently. I want to know what is the best way to track the activity while playing badminton. Should I use the 'Exercise --> Workout' mode? Or is there a better way to track this? Any suggestions will be very helpful. 

 

NB: On May 22, I used the Exercise --> Workout option in my Blaze. The heart rate monitoring was good, however I am not too sure if the steps and calories were accurate. The dashboard in my app tells me that in 121 minutes that I played, I burnt 1590 cals (33 min Fat burn, 1 hr 27 min Cardio, 3 min Peak). Does this look close?

Welcome to the forums!

 

When an exercise is not listed then use Workout mode. Once it is synced you can rename it to what ever you want.

Workout is the best option when doing a exercise not available to choose from otherwise.
