A warm welcome to the Forums @Keutenlove and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

As mentioned by our friend, you just need to press the home button to turn your Blaze on (see attached image).

Can't get mine to sync. somehow the date changed but the time was 40 minutes ahead of the current time. Turned it off and now it will not turn back on...

If none of the above steps work, the logical next step would be to contact fitbit. The link may also be found by clicking on your picture in the top right, clicking on the help link below, or under help in the Fitbit App.

when i switched mine off the other day and wouldn't switch back on, the green lights were still flashing on the back. i just let it go flat by not wearing it and popped it back onto the charger. once it had charge it came back to life and syn'd and all is well again.

My blaze has been dead for about 3-4 months. I just charged it for 3 hours and it won't turn on. Did I ruin it by leaving the battery dead for so long? When I charged it, only the Fitbit logo showed on the screen.

@MNmommy91 three hours might not be enough.

As for ruining the battery I can't say. But a dead battery starts to self destruct.

I press the left button but all I get is the logo and under that fitbit.com/setup.  It won't turn on, cant do anything and it won't sync.

@rstanley409 when you pressed the button, your tracker did turn on and displayed www.fitbit.com/setup. Yes it is on.

You now want to go to that  address, install the software that this page directs you to.

Choose login since you have a Fitbit account and follow the prompts the add your tracker.

I charged it all night. When on the charger it will turn on and show the calories, steps, stairs etc. But when I take it out of the charger and into my watch band the screen goes blank and won't turn on..

I turned my Blaze off for the first time today, and also couldn't get it back on through holding any of the individual buttons

Eventually, the Fibit logo appeared when I held all three buttons simultaneously, but then it would just shut down again. This kept happening a few times.

On the last attempt I kept the buttons held down even when the logo was showing, waited for 10-12 seconds with the logo screen, then the Blaze finally vibrated and I let go. Everything back to normal. Took about 30 seconds, so just hold on the buttons for as long as you can, even after the logo pops up!
