How do you add friends to the Fitbit app? I have a blaze.

What type of friends are you referring to personal, Facebook, etc. 

On your friends page there is a red plus sign, tapping this will give the option to search your contacts for known email addresses. Or simply type your friends email in. Then send.

Regarding to your question, you can add friends from your Fitbit app by doing the following:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the + icon.
2. Tap or click Add Friend. 
3. Choose how you want to connect with your friends and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also send a friend request to a member of the Fitbit community. In the community, tap or click a person's profile picture to view their profile, then tap or click the pink Add Friend button.

If you're using Android Marshmallow, make sure you grant the Fitbit app access to the requested features of your phone.
