I have to agree with @WendyB the formula is really simple, walk more than you where walking and eat less.

Well it goes to calories in and calories out. Fitbit has a great program to input everything you eat to see calories in per day.The greatest part is being honest with what you input. If you eat less calories per day and start out with walking you should slowly see changes, but that will take time. remember it took years to put the weight on so dont expect it to come off in a short period of time. One thing is for sure if you dont try and change your lifestyle nothing will change in you. If you have a cheat day or just eat bad one day dont sweat it and get back to it the next day.

My doctor of 50 years ago was simple... Eat 20% less and walk some more.. How true because with our modern way of food availability the weight creeps on....
