How many of us have to have 'battery' issues before fitbit does something??

You can't go to a set of reviews anywhere online that do not mention battery issues. (At least genuine user reviews.) When is fitbit going to address this? My brand new Blaze will not charge. Even after 'resetting' it and letting it sit on charger for extended period. So frustrating

Hello @Ftbtjunk when you say your tracker is brand new, does it still display http://www.fitbit.com/setup?

If so then a simple search of this forum will have revealed that all is working fine. This message will not go away until the tracker is setup. You would also find out that as long as the tracker vibrated when it was plugged in, it will be charging.. My digger toon is to use a wall based charger since some computers stop charging when they go to sleep.

Thanks Rich_Laue

No vibrate when plugged in. I've tried 4 different chargers, in addition to initially trying the laptop. Direct from Fitbit, this is now a 'warranty issue', even though I never used it.

Thanks for input though
