How much longer until FitBit provides a solution

Get an Android update and you can't sync your Blaze?   Yup.  Me too.    Fitbit suggested getting their latest version of the app.   Did that still can't sync.   Fitbit suggested turning on location - checked and it was turned on.    Then it was suggested to reboot the phone.   DUH.   Did that after I uninstalled the old FitBit app and again after I installed the new FitBit app for Android.   Oh, yes, I have restarted my Blaze at every step along the way.     It still won't sync.    My Flex2 (which I only wear when I'm in the pool) continues to sync fine, but syncing the Blaze and Flex2 on the PC no longer accumulates the data.     How much longer until FitBit provides a solution?   A bunch of folks have posted.

Beford a solution is found, the problem has to be identified.

Not being able to sync is not the problem, it is evidence of the problem.

When my os is updated,  i remove the fitbit app,  restart phone, install app. This way i get a clean install on the new OS.

One step that is almost never mentioned but works if nothing else does, is simply removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth settings.

Not being able to sync may not be a problem for you, but it is the problem for me. I have removed the two devices from the Bluetooth pairings and re-established them, The Flex2 syncs and the Blaze does not.
