Im just curious as to how the sleep tracking actually works, I only have the fitbit a few days and I like the data but last for instance, I woke up to reply to texts and and a phone call and then again to use the bathroom..
How come this data is only displayed as restless and it seems to show the the amount of time in the period I was awake much less than what it was?
How long do you have to be awake for the sleep tracking to separate the time awake into multiple zones?
