How to I read my notifications >from fitbit< on my phone?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So, I'm new to my Fitbit Blaze and this is probably just stupidity on my part, but the Android app puts up notifications that say things like

"You have 250 more..."
"Great job you just did..."
2+

So, I tap the notification to see what the rest of the messages are, and the notifications page is... blank. Nothing there.

What am I missing? Where am I supposed to go to read these messages?

A very warm welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner.

That sounds very frustrating.

Before going forward, I'd like to let you know that I moved your thread to the Blaze board as it is the one for any Blaze questions o inquiries.

As for the situation with your Fitbit, to be sure I'd recommend that you try all of the steps in this help article. Those steps could definitely help out.

In the meantime, I'd like to ask you:

  • What mobile device are you using to sync your Blaze?
  • If you only get a text notification, are you able to see it without any issues?

Look forward to your reply.

Launza,

Just so you understand - I get notifications on my Blaze just fine; the problem is with the Android Pixel app. Notifications from the >fitbit app< about my progress appear on the android notification screen, but when I touch them they take me to a blank page >in the app<.

Notifications for email, facebook, phone calls and so on are all appearing on my Blaze just fine. I've attached a screen shot of the android app to show you what I mean:
