There isn't a process for a factory reset on the Blaze. This is only available on the Charge and Charge HR
You can't manually reset the clock but it will automatically reset when it syncs to your computer / phone
You can delete the Blaze from your fitbit account by going into the account settings section of the app and selecting the "bin"
You can restart fitbits (much the same as rebooting a computer) via this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
