I got a new phone and new phone number and now my Fitbit doesn’t work. Someone please help!!!

Hi @ACVACV - When you say your Fitbit doesn't work, are you saying that it is not syncing with the app? I am assuming that you added the app to your new phone and logged in. Please further describe the issue you are having - thanks!

As @Ozzie65 States normally adding the app, logging in, and accepting any permission is enough. If your old phone is around let's turn it off.

How can I change the phone number from my iPhone 6 to my new phone number in iPhone 8 plus? My Fitbit doesn't work!

I have a different phone number as well as a new model. I have an 8 plus. I had a 6 before. I need to change the phone number to my new iPhone 8 phone number. I think when I change the number the Fitbit will wrk again. Thanks

You need to download the fitbit app to your new phone and sign in using the same email

In addition to having a new iPhone 8 Plus, I have a new phone number. My Fitbit doesn't work. I don't know how to put the new number in.

The phone number has nothing. I do with your Fitbit account. 

Install Fitbit on your new phone

Log into your Fitbit app with e same email you are logged with now. A how the app k odd who you are. 

You are now setup. 

If you do not see your blaze and past info, yo have logged in with the wrong address. 

You find the address to log in with at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Same logged in with no problem it keeps telling me to turn on my Bluetooth went from an iPhone 6s to iPhone 8plus

@Taz301 is your phones Bluetooth turned on? This needs to on to sync

Hi! I am having a similar problem. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 8 Plus. I seem to be able to get everything to work on the app and just got my phone to connect through Bluetooth to my blaze but I can’t get notifications! Can anyone suggest some troubleshooting? I have deleted app and reinstalled, turned off phone, turned off blaze, synced with app and Bluetooth on phone.

Have you checked your notification panel to see if Fitbit has permission?

My Fitbit blaze is fully charged. The old phone is turned off and I have downloaded the Fitbit but the blaze does not work. It is fully charged

Could you please define what is meant by does not work @Blaloj, this thread has been hijacked several times .

Does the Blaze turn on? 

Is the Blaze counting steps?

Is the Blaze still connected to your Fitbit account?

Does the Blaze sync it's data to the Fitbit account. 

Are you getting notifications.

I have been able to get it to sync to my new phone. Everything is working
fine.
