How to clean Fitbit Blaze

I have a Fitbit Blaze that has a stainless steel frame, black band, a removable tracker and charging pod.

I am wondering how to clean all of these parts:

• Stainless steel frame and black band- I've heard that you can use water or rubbing alcohol to clean these parts. But does the water cause the steel to rust? Is warm water ok  to use?
• Removable tracker- How can the sensor be cleaned and all the little gaps, should any liquids o any kinds be used to clean the sensor?
• Charging pod- Pretty much the same question as the removable tracker.

If anyone can help that would be great, also I there is a video about cleaning the Fitbit blaze that would be even better (I've been looking, however I can't find a single video)

Doing a search of the web for cleaning watch bands. Most say to use soap and water. Fitbit suggests a soap less cleanser. 

As for the sensor and contacts I would use alcohol. 

The metal will not rust if keeper dry. I believe it is stainless steel, so rust should not be a problem.
