Hi all,
As far as I can tell there is no way to add to your step count when I walk in the pool everyday. Is that correct? I have a blaze.
Thank You

Hi, @Larry21, yes you can add to your step count by creating a manual log. However, manually logged steps will not count towards badges. your friends leaderboard or challenges. For those areas only steps detected by your Fitbit are counted.

A warm welcome to the Community @Larry21 and @Julia_G thanks for stopping by.
As our friend here communicated, there's an option to manually log your steps, you just need to log the activity walk or swimming by doing the following from your Fitbit app:
1. Tap the "+" icon
2. Tap Track Exercise
3. Enter your information
4. Tap Log It
5. Sync
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes.

This does not work for me. Yes the app works, but it does not permit me to add "STEPS". I can enter duration, intensity, etc, but not steps. I would like to have the ability to do this. I do not care about badges, leader boards, or any of that stuff. I just want my tools to be as accurate as possible for my own benefit. Without the ability to manually enter some of this data, the apps under count my activity and effectively lie to me.
