How to pair my blaze with my mobile?

I change my mobile but I have know how to pair my blaze to my new phone, where can I find the setup info to do?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Samfairlady and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and the instructions provided. Woman Happy I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your tracker with your new phone? Since your tracker is already paired to your account, you don't need to pair it again you just need to download the app, enter your information and your tracker will sync automatically. If it is not syncing, follow our syncing troubleshoot you can also take a look at our setup procedure.

  • Download the Fitbit app to your phone, BTW what phone is it? 
  • Open the app up
  • Log into your Fitbit account

That's it, you never pair a Fitbit tracker to a phone or PC, you connect it to your Fitbit account and then the Fitbit software pairs the tracker to the phone.

When calls in, the notification won't pop up according to my new phone, but according to my old phone instead. So maybe I need to setup the phone once again with my new phone? My new phone is galaxy s7.

Maybe you should disconnect your tracker from your old phone. BT settings, tell the phone to forget the tracker.

I tried to remove the app in old phone to disconnect the tracker but the blaze just don't link up with the new phone in call receive notifications, but to the old phone 😞 so frustrating...

Remove from the app will not remove the tracker from the phone, you must manually do this through the BY Settings Screen. 

Shutting the old phone off will also work.
