How would I know it my Fitbit blaze is charging?

How would I know it my Fitbit blaze is charging? All it does is show the Fitbit sign

Is this the first time you have charged your Blaze? Unsure as your question is very general. You should get a large battery icon the flashing on the screen showing the level. Do you see this?

Actually,  if the Blaze still has the http://www.fitbit.com/setup message there will ot be a charging icon.

Mine is doing this, and I cannot get it to change. I am wondering if I have a dud charger, as I got it to find my iphone, but it then says it has to update. When I try to update it says the battery is too low. I have tried plugging the USB into 4 different USB points including an external powerpack, but it is not working

I am having the same prob as melinoz. I am trying to setup a blazer and when i get to update firmware i get a message saying battery is too low and to charge it and try again later. I have put in cradle as per instructions and video, I have cleaned prongs with toothbrush, I have tried different ports and wall charger. I do not get battery icon when in cradle and it has been on cradle for and hour and a half. I have restarted but cannot shutdown as i only see the fitbit setup logo. Please help I am so frustrated. PS This is my 2nd one, the store I bought it from exchanged it for me.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine. 

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your trackers? If you do, keep in mind that if you don't want to see the Fitbit setup message you need to paired the tracker first, I recommend following our setup procedure from a computer, if you have a phone let me know which one so I can provide the correct instructions. You will be able to know that you are charging your tracker since it will display a battery icon.
