Huawei phones not compatible????

Recently I upgraded my phone to the huawei honor 20, I can sync my fitbit to the phone but can set the phone to track my steps or for it to send calls to my fitbit or able to change music with the fitbit?? Anybody any ideas if this can be fixed or if they just arent compatible with this phone??
